🚚 Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver according to the following timeline within Egypt:
- Cairo: 1–2 business days
- Alexandria: 2–3 business days
- Rest of Egypt: 2–3 business days
Note: During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee applies to all orders:
- Cairo & Giza: E£100
- Alexandria: E£100
- Rest of Egypt: E£100
Shipping fees are non-refundable and may vary during special promotions.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the phone number provided during checkout. Delivery updates will be sent via WhatsApp to keep you informed about your shipment status.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional shipping charges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.
🛒 Try Before You Pay
In selected areas, customers may inspect and try the item upon delivery. If the product does not fit or meet expectations, it can be returned immediately to the delivery representative at no additional cost.
💰 Refund Process
Cash-on-Delivery Orders
Refunds will be issued in cash once the returned item has been received and approved.
Card Payments
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your payment provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report the issue immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed. In such cases, customers must follow the standard return procedure outlined above.
